If the digital product or editing service is not everything we've promised*, just let us know by sending an email to birdslovegreetings@gmail.com.

• Bird's Love does not deliver the digital product or editing service.

• The digital product or editing service is faulty

• The digital product or editing service is significantly different from its description

*The reasons for the refund do NOT include the following:

• Bird's Love not updating the digital product or editing service details created some time ago

• A change of mind

• Choosing the wrong digital product or editing service
